Parnaby Cyclones has expanded its already extensive product range to now include mineral sizers. In March 2007 Parnaby Cyclones bought the Nottinghamshire company Ansec Sizers (Mineral Crushers) Ltd to obtain the exclusive rights to manufacture its well known range of crushers and sizers.
The Ansec sizers have a reputation for robust construction and low maintenance. They can efficiently deliver material of a consistent size, eliminating the problems caused by large lumps. The top of the range sizer can process up to 2,500 tonnes per hour.
Parnaby sell 2 new Ansec twin roll sizers to long-term client Burrows Bros for their contract with Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering. These will be used on the A3 Hindhead Tunnel Scheme which Balfour Beatty are constructing on behalf of the Highways Agency.
This scheme will complete the dual carriage way between the M25 and Portsmouth. The 2no. 550 twin roll machines will be sizing sandstone to <125mm to feed onto a conveyor system.
