Ansec mineral sizers

The Ansec sizers have a reputation for robust construction and low maintenance. They can efficiently deliver material of a consistent size (between 25 and 250mm), eliminating the problems caused by large lumps.

Materials of up to 30,000psi compressive strength can be processed by these machines.
 
Throughputs depend on the material and size required.  The top of the range sizer can process up to 2,500 tonnes per hour. We manufacture both twin roll and single roll sizers.

A key feature of our sizers is the ease of adjusting product size.  Maintenance is extremely simple and teeth can be replaced individually thus keeping downtime to a minimum.

Suitable for -50mm to -250mm and throughput of up to 1,800 TPH

A200 single roll sizers
Suitable for product sizing -25mm to -250mm and throughput of up to 250 TPH

2 stage on-pan breaker

Our on-pan breaker is used for heavy sizing of material containing large pieces where a product size of less than 250mm is required.  The primary stage of the breaker can be set to independently grab large pieces, while the second stage can be set to obtain the required product size.

A wide variety of pick tooth designs are available to deal with materials of compressive strengths of up to 28,000 PSI.
