Gravity Thickener Belts

The Parnaby gravity thickener belt is designed to process a wide range of liquid effluents. It can increase the solids content from a typical 0.5% in the feed to 10% in the overflow discharge and at the same time maximising particulate capture in the overflow product and minimising particle content in the filtrate.

Our machines incorporate a pneumatically mounted vibrating platform which further improves moisture release by breaking the surface tension of the overflow liquor.

We can also supply gravity thickener belts as mobile units.
