Live Deck Screens

Parnaby Cyclones has developed specialist live deck screens for the separation of fine particles on a dry basis. These screens can separate particles down to 2mm with exceptional efficiency.

A range of screen sizes are available, from 1m x 2m to 2.4m x 8m, capable of handling a range of materials and throughputs.

Operation

The elastic polyurethane screen panels are alternately tensioned and released. When tensioned the panels are stretched so that the holes in the screen are elongated which frees any stuck particles from the surface of the panel, vastly improving efficiency over any concentrated screen.
